Yellowgrape is looking for an enthusiastic team lead to strengthen and guide our Organic Growth team. As team lead, you are responsible for the further development of the strategic approach together with the team. In addition, you are responsible for managing and motivating a talented team, playing a crucial role in achieving goals, managing schedules and stimulating personal development within the team.

In the role of team lead Organic Growth, you play an essential role in stimulating organic innovation. At Yellowgrape, we look beyond Google alone and also focus on Youtube, TikTok and Marketplaces. It's not about keywords and backlinks anymore; innovation and strategy are the keys to success! Together with the team, you will push the boundaries of SEO and reach the peaks of organic visibility for our customers.

  • Continuing to develop a strategic organic growth approach together with the team;
  • Act as a sparring partner for our customers;

This is where you recognize yourself

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in SEO, including 2 years in a leadership role;
  • You have in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO tools and techniques;
  • Knowledge about Youtube SEO and TikTok SEO is an advantage;
  • You are always up to date with the latest techniques and their applicability;
  • Experience with SEO copywriting and OpenAI/ChatGPT is an advantage;
  • You know the ins and outs of search engines and have a lot of experience with SEO suites and e-commerce platforms;
  • You deal effectively with challenges;
  • You are proactive, see opportunities and convince others of your plans and ideas;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language;
  • You perform well in an informal and relaxed work environment;
  • You look forward to working in an engaged team;
  • You are available at least 32 hours a week.
