In this key role, you’ll take the lead in building, managing, and optimizing search campaigns that make a real impact. This is what you're passionate about

  • Developing and executing innovative e-commerce strategies, backed by solid traffic forecasts;
  • Going full throttle: setting up, managing, and optimizing high-performing search engine campaigns;
  • Analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies to hit (and exceed) targets;
  • Taking full ownership of your client portfolio and driving results;
  • Reporting campaign developments and insights directly to clients;
  • Collaborating within multidisciplinary customer teams to achieve next-level outcomes;
  • Guiding and coaching enthusiastic colleagues to reach the highest level in SEA;
  • Innovating, inspiring, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends;
  • Co-creating powerful showcases with clients—work that’s bold enough to win awards;

This is where you recognize yourself

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level of education (HBO/WO level thinking);
  • Previous experience at an agency or media desk is a plus;
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Channable, and ProductHero;
  • Strong command of the Dutch language (spoken and written);
  • A proactive mindset—you spot opportunities and know how to rally others behind your ideas;
