How does your application process work?

If there is a match based on your resume and profile, a short telephone intake will first take place. A first meeting will then be scheduled where we will get to know each other further. Does it click on both sides? Then we will invite you for a personality questionnaire and an ability test or we may ask you to prepare a short case. In the second interview, we will include the results in the conversation. In addition, other interlocutors will join to get an even better picture of the atmosphere and colleagues at Yellowgrape. If all signals are still green and both parties are enthusiastic, an employment conditions interview will finally take place.

Why are you a Great Place to Work?

Yellowgrape has reached the list of Best Workplaces in the Netherlands for the second time in a row. We are extremely proud of that! This is because the score is entirely determined by our colleagues, and earlier this year, Yellowgrape was named a Great Place to Work for the third time in a row. The fact that this score is also good for a spot in the Best Workplaces list for a second time is the absolute icing on the cake. The Great Place to Work score is based, among other things, on the Trust Index: how much do people enjoy working at Yellowgrape? Here, questions are asked on the basis of five themes. On average, our colleagues give Yellowgrape a 9.0 on these themes at the Trust Index. The sub-themes Connectedness, Competence and Training and/or Development Opportunities score the highest.

Can I keep developing?

At Yellowgrape, we strive to let you work as much as possible from your talents and motives. This is because this is the most motivating and gives the best chance of success. We then mainly focus on all your talents and make use of them. That's why we work with the Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA) at Yellowgrape. This method provides a detailed insight into your talents and competencies and predicts the extent to which you can develop specific competencies. The method can make this prediction because there is an active link between talents and competences. In this way, we continuously support your development based on your own talents, motives and development potential.

What do my future colleagues say about the work environment?

Tom Suurling - Senior Campaign Developer “I've been working at Yellowgrape since the beginning of 2018. On my first day, my own Yellowgrape sweater, laptop and a small handwritten card were already waiting on the desk. As soon as you step into the beautiful canal house, there is a relaxed atmosphere/vibe. Even during Covid 19, I was regularly surprised at home because a delivery person was at the door with a full breakfast or a bottle of Cava. Especially at the beginning of this pandemic, I could use a boost at home! Not only personal attention is well organized. Management has a clear vision and employees are regularly informed about this. Extra attention has also been paid to the Pension Plan and employees can make use of a Mortgage arrangement. These are just a few examples of why I think Yellowgrape is a great company to work at.” Berend Jonckers - Senior Campaign Manager “Thanks to the team's responsibilities, training and overall drive to lead, I will continue to develop myself at Yellowgrape. The challenging projects, friendly atmosphere and activities outside of work ensure that I enjoy going to work.”
